Individual Counseling and Psychotherapy

Couples Therapy

Yoga Therapy

Do you have that feeling inside that there is more to life, but you don't know what to do about it? Perhaps you've achieved many of the things you've set out to do, thinking they would make you truly happy, but they haven't. Or maybe you're just feeling frustrated, down, and lost. You have a longing for a more fulfilling life, and you're ready to find that now. You've probably already started exploring your spiritual path, and now want to take the next step towards greater inner fulfillment.
Sometimes what is needed to bring forth your greater inner Self is working with someone you trust. Someone who can guide you through the process, assist you in finding the way past the blocks, and support you as you transform your life.
Here are ways we can work together:

Individual Counseling and Psychotherapy

Counseling can facilitate the discovery of your true Self in all areas of your life: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual. Relationship issues, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, sexuality, finding your life purpose and a satisfying career, overcoming self-defeating beliefs or negativity, and recovery issues are just a few of the areas that can be addressed. Awakening your inner awareness, clarifying spiritual beliefs, and developing practices that connect you to your Divine nature can be part of the experience.

Couples Therapy

Within a sacred space, we embark together on bringing the liveliness and joy of the relationship back, while deepening the connection. This usually starts with laying the groundwork of healthy communication. Often, this includes learning to express our needs and desires, while listening to and respecting our partner's perspective. We can also explore the four essential areas of a satisfying and joyful relationship, reawakening the sexual connection, and looking at how each partner expresses love and what makes him/her feel loved. Quite often, issues that bring the couple into therapy become springboards into greater intimacy and mutual understanding. The couple shares their hopes and fears for the future and learns to co-create the relationship. This is all explored within the context of a shared spiritual vision that can become the foundation of depth and intimacy for the couple.

Yoga Therapy

Yoga Therapy is a hands-on, holistic approach to personal growth and transformation. Breathing techniques and gentle, supported yoga poses allow you to experience deep relaxation in the mind and body. This can result in release of tension, better understanding of chronic or acute physical or mental/emotional conditions, and even emotional release and personal insight. These sessions can have profound effects on the body, mind, and heart that traditional psychotherapy sometimes doesn't access.

Hatha Yoga Classes
Yoga classes may also more deeply facilitate this process of transformation.

What do you want to awaken within yourself?
