Teaching Beginners:

Walnut CreekBeginners have different needs than more experienced students. Learn to think like a beginner and develop skills to work with the myriad of new students that can walk into your classes.
* Practice integrating the 3 modes of learning into your teaching style
* Respond to different Ayurvedic temperaments appropriately through words, actions, and touch
* Learn along with your student (you don’t need to know everything!)
* Explore various ways of working with the most challenging situations
* And more!$40 if registered by 10/30; $50 thereafter

Connie Habash, MA, LMFT, has been teaching yoga in the Vinyasa and Iyengar styles since 1993. Her experience as a licensed psychotherapist and passion for yoga philosophy add depth to her classes, which balance healthy alignment and flowing breath with inner transformation.
