Almost every yoga pose is affected by the hips in some way, as the flexibility of these joints influence walking, sitting, twisting, and bending forward or backward with ease. Experience a variety of essential standing, seated, and reclining hip-opening poses, and learn techniques to modify for any level of flexibility.
Learn detailed alignment and techniques, benefits of the postures, and basic anatomy to deepen your understanding of yoga
Enhances any yoga style, at any level, and particularly good for beginners
Simple yoga philosophy rounds out the physical practice
