Come experience a weekend of renewing body, mind, heart, & soul through yoga, meditation, chanting, and more!
Theme for 2005: Exploring Your Wild Woman!!!
Has your yoga practice or your life become a little too tame lately? Become a little more wild and playful! Yoga becomes more fun as you let loose, laugh, and play with your sisters!
There will also be time for soaking in the hot tub, enjoying a hike in nature, or quiet relaxation.
The
weekend includes:
• 4 yoga classes (Fri. evening, 2 classes Saturday,
Sun. morning)
• Vegetarian meals
• Accommodations
Friday & Saturday night
• Evening Programs of Chanting, Drumming,
Movement, and more!
Mount Madonna Center is a spiritual retreat center, beautifully located in the Santa Cruz Mountains overlooking Monterey bay. Secluded among 355 private acres and redwood trees, it offers the perfect setting for yoga, meditation, healing, and renewal.
