Connie Habash, MA, LMFT, has been teaching Yoga in the Iyengar and Vinyasa styles since 1993, is on the faculty of the Yoga & Movement Center’s teacher training program, and is the facilitator of the Namaste Yoga Circle on YahooGroups.com. Ayurveda has been a part of her life for many years. She offers yoga classes, workshops, and retreats throughout the bay area and nationally.
