There is something powerful and moving about working in a group setting. Not only are you able to receive the support and feedback of other members of the group, but you have the opportunity to reclaim yourself as the unique and lovable being that you are, and have that acknowledged and affirmed by others.
Issues that arise in life can be worked through in real-time with other members of the group. The group becomes a sacred space in which to transform old, unhealthy patterns into empowered, effective, and loving ways of being.
I call upon each group member’s deepest authenticity and invite them to bring their whole self, the pleasant and the unpleasant, into the group space so that they can feel accepted just as they are. Strengths and gifts you may not have seen in yourself are mirrored to you by the other members.
I also facilitate awareness of energy, on both individual and group levels, to powerfully enhance your sense of well-being and ability to perceive yourself and others accurately. It’s a potent space in which to develop trust in yourself, others, and the Divine, build confidence, transform difficult emotions, learn to speak your truth lovingly and effectively, and learn to listen in a way that deepens intimacy. All the relationships in your life, including with yourself, benefit from the group therapy experience.
