Traveling to a sacred place renews our soul, and one of the most sacred places on the planet is Mount Shasta. It has been revered by indigenous peoples and spiritual seekers alike for centuries. With both stunning beauty and a palpable sense of the Great Mystery, Mount Shasta is my favorite place to travel on spiritual pilgrimage, and now I am sharing it with a small group of women ready to take a soul’s journey into nature.
