Connection and Spirituality in the Outdoors

Everyone craves a sense of belonging – on this planet and with one another, especially during these times. When we cultivate connection to one another, the Divine, and nature, we begin to feel our sacred place on the Earth.

Join Rev. Connie L. Habash in this small group experience (max 12 people) as we spend a morning immersing in ecotherapy – deep nature connection and sacred healing – and grow a sense of community as humans and as part of this beautiful natural world. Together, let’s awaken our Divine Nature.

Each community gathering includes:

• Moderate hikes or walks
• Gentle and mindful yoga & meditation
• Deep nature connection practices
• Sharing in soulful, supportive community
• Max 12 people
• Now INCLUDES the park fee ($6)

Please bring appropriate layers and gear, a day pack, a bottle of water, snacks that work for you, and a journal and pen.
