Living a Calm and Confident Life

6 Monday evenings, 7-8:30pm: 8/10, 8/17, 8/24, 8/31, 9/14, 9/21 (no class on Labor Day, 9/7)
Class started August 8th but we welcome you to join in the next classes even if you were not able to attend the first.
Put into practice the first 3 keys to releasing stress and anxiety from Rev. Connie’s book, Awakening from Anxiety: A Spiritual Guide to Living a More Calm, Confident, and Courageous Life. We’ll go deeper and also explore a taste of the other 4 keys, plus yoga philosophy and spiritual principles that support our inner peace. Develop calming practices such as meditation and mindfulness (Presence), Embodiment, Self-Compassion, breathwork, nature awareness, written exercises, and discussion.
Have a yoga mat (or towel), meditation cushion, a journal and pen ready!
