February 20th Online | Meditation on the Yoga Sutras

Build the foundations of a fruitful meditation practice as you explore yoga philosophy in spiritual community. In each hour-long class, we’ll deeply explore one or more essential passages from the Yoga Sutras, then take that concept into our meditation practice. A short meditation in the beginning of class and a longer meditation at the end will work with aspects of seated meditation, such as posture, breathwork, and mental focus. 4-session series, open to all levels of experience.
4 Saturdays: October 17th, November 14th, December 12th, February 20th (no session in January)
