Mindful Hiking with Yoga and Meditation

In this 4-week class, cultivate mindfulness and the quality of presence. Deepen your connection to nature and to spirit with practices on the trail, the yoga mat (or yoga off the mat!), and the meditation cushion. Build community with others that value the present moment, nature, and the Divine.

Held entirely outdoors, Mindful Hiking includes moderate and mindful exploration of trails, deep nature connection, yoga, and meditation, within a supportive, sacred community.

Be willing to get a little dirty – an invitation to step just a bit out of your comfort zone and into the blessings that the Earth offers.
