We don’t need more pressure in our lives to do yet another new year’s resolution. Sometimes, even with good intentions, a resolution can create stress, anxiety, and a feeling of failure if we don’t follow through the way we think we should. It sets up the idea that there’s something wrong with us, that we aren’t OK as we are.
