Adult program, and a Kid’s program for ages 6-12!
(teens welcome in either program)

Spend a day in community as we awaken our senses, attune to nature, and experience full embodiment while opening our hearts to Spirit.

Set in a secluded, idyllic farm in Half Moon Bay, with a year-round creek, pond, flowers, and hiking trails, it is easy to feel deeply connected to the natural world and your Divine Self.

Our retreat includes yoga and meditation, grounding and finding your center, expressive arts, large and small group activities, a hike, and immersing in the energies of this sacred land and the joy of springtime.hiking shoes

There is time to relax, too, while feasting on a delicious vegetarian lunch.

Join us for a day long-remembered to awaken consciousness in body, mind, heart, and spirit!
