During this pandemic, we’ve been like seeds planted in the Earth. It can feel lonely and dark while we await the light to return. We long for community and to emerge, stretch, and reach towards the sun.  We seek renewal and awakening – now!

It’s time to return to deep nature connection with your sisters, outdoors in the vibrancy of springtime. Spend a day in community and rediscover nature and yourself. Awaken your senses and your sense of Oneness with Spirit and the Earth.

There is time to relax, too, while feasting on a delicious vegetarian lunch.

Together, we’ll share in practices to renew and awaken:

  • Yoga
  • Meditation& Presence/Mindfulness
  • Deep Nature Connection
  • Small and Large Group Activities
  • Light Hiking
  • Supportive, Sacred Community
  • Includes a gourmet vegetarian lunch!

Spring 2019 Retreat Group

Ananda Valley Farm is a secluded, idyllic farm in Half Moon Bay, with a year-round creek, pond, flowers, and hiking trails. This special place facilitates a deep connection to each other, the natural world, and Spirit. Our retreat includes yoga and meditation, deep nature connection, large and small group activities, and immersing in the energies of this sacred land and drawing on the inspiration and renewal of spring to awaken our authenticity.
