What does a spiritual person do with all the “negative” emotions, such as anger, fear, anxiety, and despair? Is it bad to have them? Does it mean that your meditations, yoga practice, or prayers are a failure?
No, you’re not bad or a failure for having challenging emotions such as these – you’re human! But it takes a particular spiritual skill set to move through them with some grace rather than resistance, shutting down, blowing up, or falling apart. It’s not about getting rid of uncomfortable emotions; it’s about transforming your relationship to them.
In this FREE 1.25 hour class you’ll learn:
- Why “negative” emotions got such a bad rap in the spiritual community
- The “driver” of undesirable emotions (it’s not the emotion itself!)
- 3 spiritual foundations that help you identify your relationship to those emotions and shift your experience of them
