Awakening Self Newsletter – April 2012

Your Rebirth

Ah, isn’t spring the time of renewal and rebirth?  Many cultures celebrate their new year at the spring equinox, and we’re all familiar with other holidays that honor new life emerging, like chicks, eggs, and bunnies.  I’d like to offer you something to start off your spring renewed – a special Awakening Self Radio Show THIS MONDAY, April 9th from 9-9:30pm PDT. An Evening Meditation practice, starting with a little inspiration and then a guided meditation.  If you have been wanting to meditate more at home and feel more peaceful, tune in!

Spring often awakens our desire to express something new or embark on a new path.  My article this month inspires you to Listen to the Call – a rebirth into your divine purpose in this lifetime.  Just as I am, you, too, are being called to serve.

Want to gain new insight into your yoga practice and your Self?  Listen in later this month for my Awakening Self Radio Show on Friday, April 20th for the exploration of the 8 “Limbs” of Yoga – 8 essential aspects of a complete spiritual practice.  Here’s the link, and you’ll find more details on the right sidebar:

Or join me at Mind-Body Zone on Saturday the 21st for more on the yoga sutras and putting the 8 Limbs into practice. You can find details below.

May spring rebirth you into aliveness and inspiration that open new doors in your life.

Blessings,

Connie
