Each audio class draws you deeply into your inner Self, awakening new insight with down-to-earth spiritual philosophy.
Yoga classes are approximately 90 minutes, Meditation classes are about 30 minutes, and lectures range from 1-2 hours each. Each was recorded live at various yoga studios, except for the two specially produced classes with original music (A Balanced Yoga Practice, Levels 1 and 2).

A Balanced Yoga Practice
These practices were created in a recording studio, with original music by Brian Hunter. Designed to relax you and balance you physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, you’ll find the soothing music and intelligent sequencing a welcome reprieve from the stresses of life. They always include a slow and mindful Surya Namaskar series, or salutation to the sun. These are very special, thoughtful recordings.
Level 1
One hour of a moderate practice, from seated to standing poses, back bends, forward bends, and twists.
Level 2
One hour and fifteen minutes of moderately challenging poses, with standing poses, leg-balances, forward and back bends, twists, seats, and optional inversions.
